WHY SHOULD YOU ADOPT?

There are many reasons why you should choose adopting over buying a dog. However, in our opinion, the most important reason is that you will be saving a life. In fact, you will be saving more than one life because by adopting you will be making room for us to bring another dog into the Dog Howse.

Please check-out our PETFINDER PAGE for the most up-to-date list of available dogs.

MILLY
Milly is approximately three years old and weighs about 55 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, UTD on all vaccines and HW negative. Milly is a very smart girl. She knows her commands (sit, stay, shake, high five, lay down). She loves to fetch and play in the water. Milly is house trained and knows not to chew on anything other than her toys. She has the BIGGEST SMILE and don't even get us started on those EARS! She's a well-behaved young lady, and we just think she's an all-around princess.
If you are looking for a very loyal best friend,
Milly is your girl!

CONNIE
Sweet Connie is sooo ready for her forever home. She sat in a shelter FOREVER. She had two strikes against her-she is a black dog and pittie mix. People walked past her kennel with out a second glance. 3R knew they had to pull her and let her decompress until her hero came along.
Connie is great with kids and was great in the cat room at the shelter. She is also potty trained AND crate trained. You go, girl!
With other dogs: She can coexist with dogs and invites play even but needs time to decompress and have slow introductions with dog friends. She’s a medium size girl so not super big at all.
She is currently in boarding and a trainer is working with Connie on her play manners.
Please don't pass this beauty up. She is desperate to be loved.

WILSON
Wilson is a gentle goofball and loves other dogs and his people. He is currently at a foster with an older fur foster sister and doing so well.
He loves to run through the house, throwing his toys and then settling in to chew on antler bones. He is also known for being in a dead sleep and then jumping up for a case of the "zoomies". The only thing Wilson will destroy will be his stuffies.
Wilson is very food motivated and will easily go in his crate for a treat. After a few barks, he will settle in and relax.
He is HW+ and being treated for it (he'll be 100% healthy again). All costs are covered. Wilson can still be immediately adopted.
Please reach out to schedule a Meet & Greet.

CAN'T ADOPT?... SPONSOR ONE OF OUR DOGS!

We understand that it may not be physically possible for you to adopt or foster right now. However, you can still help by sponsoring one of our dogs. After selecting the dog you want to sponsor, you can choose to send a monetary donation to cover monthly meds/food/Vet visits OR you can send a monthly care package. With either choice, you will be recognized on our website and be sent photos of your special pup. The length of your sponsorship is up to you and your contribution is tax-deductible! If your chosen dog is adopted, you may choose to transfer your sponsorship to another dog or cancel. By choosing to sponsor one of our dogs, you are directly making a difference in its life and also providing support for the entire rescue.
